City Clerk

Job Status: Open and accepting applications

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Under direct supervision of the City Mayor, performs administrative and professional work. Prepares agenda for Council meetings, attends, and takes minutes of City Council meetings. Custodian of City records, documents and papers of the City and provides administrative support to Mayor and Council members. Responsible for the retention of all records as required by State and Federal law. Supervised by the Mayor.
