PETITION FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS

Notice is hereby given that a Quasi-Judicial hearing will be conducted by the Cedar Key Historic Review Board on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Cedar Key City Hall at 490 2nd St, Cedar Key, Florida 32625, to hear and act upon a request to an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness.
Petitioners are requesting a determination of appropriateness to change an exterior door.
All interested persons are urged to attend this Hearing. Comments may be forwarded to the City of Cedar Key, PO Box 339, Cedar Key, Florida 32625, or bring them to the office of the City Clerk at City Hall in Cedar Key, FL.
An Affected Party who is interested in participating at the Informal Quasi-Judicial hearing is required to complete a Registration Card in the form prescribed by the decision making body prior to the start of the hearing, in accordance with Chapter 4, Article XII §12.12.02 within the Laws of Cedar Key. The definition of the term “Affected Party” is set forth in §12.12.02.
If any person decides to appeal the decision of the Historic Board with respect to any matter considered at said Public Hearing, that person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the Appeal is to be based.
